The attentive staff made my special birthday memorable with surprises and delicious desserts. The pool and buffet, especially the chicken wings, were fantastic highlights.

The lack of AC throughout the resort made it uncomfortable, and the food options were often bland and unappealing.

Celebrating my 50th birthday with family made this stay memorable. The staff's surprises, including birthday desserts and a heartfelt 'happy birthday' serenade, truly enhanced our experience.

perfect location for city strolls and sightseeing adventures

The hotel puts you just a short drive away from the beautiful centro cultural leandro diaz and almost 2 km from the serene beaches, making it easy to explore and enjoy the stunning views of the area. the staff were amazing and made my family feel right at home during our stay in a junior suite tropical view king bed, perfect for unwinding after our daily adventures, but the main pool closing at 6 pm felt a bit early for vacation relaxation.

The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always willing to

assist with any requests we had during our stay. The Junior Suite Partial Ocean View Double Bed was clean and well-appointed, but the location was somewhat isolated from the main attractions, which required additional travel.

The hotel impressed me with its cleanliness and attentive staff. The Preferred Club Junior Suite Ocean View King Bed offered a spacious layout. I especially appreciated the free Wi-Fi and the complimentary welcome drink. The pool area was beautiful, and the service at the pool was outstanding. However, breakfast time was a bit chaotic and overcrowded. Only one restaurant served breakfast, which made it cumbersome for guests, especially those with premium access who deserved a more exclusive experience. The food options at the main restaurant lacked variety, and the desserts left much to be desired. It felt like there should be additional dining options available for breakfast to relieve the crowding. At the beach, I noticed a shortage of shaded areas and sunbeds for premium guests. Despite these drawbacks, the friendly staff always went out of their way to help, making my stay enjoyable overall.

The resort staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The junior suite was clean and had a well-stocked minibar. I enjoyed both the garden view and the pool area, which were beautifully maintained.

The dining options could be improved in variety.

I absolutely adored the elegant décor throughout the resort, showcasing a beautiful palette of white and sand tones. The spacious areas were easy to navigate, making it a delightful experience for someone like me.

More shaded areas at the beach, please.

The ocean view room was a highlight, offering both stunning vistas and a comfortable stay. The kids loved the engaging activities at the kids' club, which made our family vacation enjoyable. While the food was generally good, there could be more emphasis on traditional Colombian dishes. However, the inconsistencies in communication regarding spa treatments were frustrating and detracted from the overall experience.

We had an unbelievable time here! The staff was attentive, especially one gentleman named Hamlet who always made sure we had everything we needed in an instant.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but for the experience, I still think it was acceptable.
